- ECTS transcript – If you are still completing your Bachelor’s degree, upload an ECTS transcript showing the subjects you have studied, your grades, and the number of credits awarded. Your Bachelor’s diploma must be uploaded later, as soon as you receive it.
- Bachelor’s diploma – If you have already graduated, upload your Bachelor’s diploma. A separate ECTS transcript is not required.
Note: Your Bachelor’s degree must be in the same or a related field as the Master’s programme you are applying for. The university will check whether you have completed enough relevant subjects and ECTS credits.

Applicants have to prove their English language skills either by an internationally recognized language test or upon previous studies. Usually English language skills can be proved by the following documents:
- TOEFL iBT*
- IELTS Academic
- A Cambridge English qualification
- Higher education degree completed in English
- Secondary education completed in English in a country or school qualification accepted by the university
- An English subject and grade on your secondary school leaving certificate that meet the university’s requirements

If you want to start with the Master SBT, you need to have a related Bachelor’s degree. We allow students with a Dutch Bachelor’s degree, or their international equivalent, in:
- International Business
- Creative Business
- Business Administration
- Entrepreneurship
- Retail Management
- Logistics Management
- Supply Chain Management
Do you have a different accredited Bachelor's degree? Then you need at least 60 credits in economic courses, such as business, entrepreneurship and/or management. A maximum of 10 credits out of 60 can come from courses in finance and/or macro-economics, since these competences are a small part of our programme.
- An English motivation letter (300-400 words) about your motivation, previous experience and expectations of this programme;
- A curriculum vitae with your past experience and education;
- Following the matching procedure, you’ll have a personal interview. If the submitted material meets the basic demands, or if we have further questions about them, you are invited to a personal matching interview to see if this is the right programme for you.
As a graduate Sustainable Business Transition you are an expert in realising future-oriented, sustainable solutions. Wherever you end up in the international work field, the competences in which we train you are highly relevant for the years to come. With this degree, you can be an independent consultant in transition management, become a Chief Sustainability Officer in-house, improve products in sustainable ways or turn towards the community itself and customer experience.
You can start working as:
- Chief Sustainability Officer. Manage an organisation's initiatives relating to sustainability and/or corporate social responsibility (CSR).
- Transition Facilitator. Coordinate and implement large-scale transitions and change management initiatives throughout an organisation.
- Sustainable Marketing Professional. Create marketing strategies and content for brands or organisations to promote sustainable products and practices.
- Consumer Strategy Lead. Research consumer insights to achieve better and more sustainable products or designs.
- Sustainable Design Thinker. Facilitate the development and design of creative ideas that have a positive impact on the business, society and the future.
- Developer Responsible Business. Further develop and advice on responsible business models.
