I have only been studying in Denmark for a few months, but I can already say that it has been an incredible experience filled with new challenges, inspiring people, and interesting classes.
I chose Denmark because of the opportunity to study without tuition fees and because I wanted to experience something completely new. At the same time, I knew that moving abroad would not be easy for me. I have always been quite shy, so leaving my familiar environment and starting a new life in another country felt like a major personal challenge.
Today, I am very glad that I did not allow fear to stop me.
The Danish education system is very different from what I had experienced before. The lecturers are approachable, supportive, and easy to talk to. They communicate with students almost like colleagues, offer honest feedback, and are always ready to help when something is unclear.
This creates an environment where you are not afraid to ask questions, express your opinion, or make mistakes. The classes are engaging, and the whole study experience feels much more open and personal.
Studying abroad has already changed me. I feel braver, more experienced, and much better prepared for an independent life. Every new situation teaches me something, whether it is speaking English, meeting new people, solving everyday problems, or taking responsibility for my own decisions.
Kastu supported me throughout the application process. The team patiently answered all my questions and helped me understand every step. Knowing that I could ask for help made the whole journey much less stressful.
If you are thinking about studying abroad but feel uncertain, my advice is simple: do not let fear make the decision for you.
You do not have to feel completely ready before you leave. Confidence often comes later, when you realise that you are capable of much more than you thought.
This experience is not only about earning a degree. It is about becoming more independent, opening yourself to a bigger world, and discovering a stronger version of yourself.
If I could turn back time, I would not change anything. I would choose Denmark again.
