Do you want to start with the Master Game Technology programme? See if you meet the admission requirements for international students.

The Master Game Technology is an excellent match for the bachelor's programme Creative Media and Game Technologies. Alternatively, students are eligible if they hold a bachelor's degree in the field of ICT, Graphical Design or Games.

To prepare for this master’s programme, you will have to do a literature review assignment on the field your wish to research. You will also provide a portfolio or relevant industry experience showing your expertise, knowledge, and skills in the area you want to research and master. The assignment and portfolio will be evaluated and discussed during your intake interview.

Apart from your project proposal, criteria for admission are also your educational background, language skills and personal qualities and motivation. Work experience in any field is preferred, though a study-related work experience (e.g. work placement) may be accepted as an alternative. Depending on your test results, work experience and the field of study of your first degree, an additional course may be required for admittance to the programme.

The Master Game Technology prepares you for future positions such as a specialist in art, programming or design. These positions are no entry-level jobs. A couple of years of work experience within the game industry is essential. This master’s programme offers you the possibility to grow through this positions by providing them with academic and applied knowledge.
