About Finance & Control
Successful corporate management has never been as complex and challenging as it is today. In order to meet these challenges, you’ll follow a well-founded, practice-oriented study programme with a focus on strategic company tasks. Business management knowledge from the core areas of controlling, finance, accounting, data analytics, risk management and strategic management enable you to master fundamental questions and challenges of corporate management and control. Knowledge from relevant areas such as marketing and human resource management, as well as developing relevant soft skills and learning foreign languages, complete your general management profile and allow you to master future management tasks.
The business studies programme thus prepares you for a variety of positions, so that you’ll be a perfect fit for a career in national and international corporations, investment agencies, auditing firms or management consultancies.
What are you going to learn?
- Understanding business management challenges and making decisions for sustainable corporate management and corporate control.
- Theories, methods and instruments in the core areas of controlling, finance, data analytics, accounting, risk management and strategic management.

Spełnienie wymagań w zakresie języka angielskiego można udokumentować w następujący sposób:
- Cambridge English B2 First, C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency: Overall score: at least 169
- IELTS Academic: Overall score: at least 6.0
- TOEFL IBT (Traditional or Paper Edition): Total score: at least 4.5
In order to be admitted to this programme, your secondary school certificate needs to show satisfactory grades in mathematics and economics.
Prior knowledge of economics is required. This means that you must have successfully completed courses in economics, business, and/or management as part of your previous education.
If you lack prior knowledge of economics-related subjects, or if the courses you have completed are deemed insufficient, you will be notified of this, and it will also be discussed during the admissions interview to determine whether it is possible for you to catch up and acquire the necessary and required knowledge and skills.
