Leadership in Digitalised Organisations
Are you active, curious and have a drive for change? Prepare for a leading role in the transition to Industry 4.0. You’ll learn to lead, develop and organise digital change within business and industry. As a leader, you’ll facilitate ongoing and inclusive learning and collaboration. Your English-taught programme is founded on the principals of work integrated learning. You’ll build hands-on experience in how knowledge is created, disseminated and implemented sustainably in digitalised organisations.
Subjects
The programme is multidisciplinary and includes study in informatics, business administration, pedagogy and more. Work integrated learning forms the foundation of your studies, with special focus on leadership and digitalised organisations.
Digitalisation changes how we communicate, share and search for information and organise, produce, coordinate and lead operations. It demands leadership that is more collaborative, intersectional and norm-critical.
International internship or study abroad
You can choose to spend the autumn semester of the second year of your studies abroad with a corporate and university partner or stay in Sweden and take our recommended elective courses.
Options for international industry placement and study abroad include:

Na studia magisterskie mogą kandydować wszyscy, którzy ukończyli studia licencjackie lub inżynierskie (studia I stopnia), studia magisterskie lub studiują na ostatnim roku studiów I-stopnia. Studia, które planujesz powinny mieć zbliżony profil do tych obecnych lub ukończonych, ponieważ w procesie rekrutacji kluczowa jest ich zgodność programowa.
- Wykaz punktów ECTS – osoby, które są jeszcze w trakcie studiów, muszą załączyć wypis punktów ECTS, w którym będzie wykazane, jakie przedmioty były realizowane na studiach oraz ile punktów za nie otrzymano.
- Dyplom ukończenia studiów licencjackich lub inżynierskich – jeśli jesteś absolwentem wyższej uczelni, nie potrzebujesz wypisu, wystarczy załączyć dyplom ukończenia studiów wraz z suplementem (oryginał z tłumaczeniem przysięgłym)
Spełnienie wymagań w zakresie języka angielskiego można udokumentować w następujący sposób:
- Certyfikatu językowego nie potrzebują osoby, które ukończyły szkołę średnią i posiadają świadectwo maturalne ze zdanym rozszerzeniem z języka angielskiego.
- IELTS - 6.5 (co najmniej 5.5 z każdej części)
- TOEFL – 90 (w tym minimum 20 z pisania, skala to 0-30)

Digital transformation impacts the manufacturing process itself, but also the overall management, organisation and governance of businesses and organisations. Thus, industries and organisations are in great need of leaders to help them prepare for future changes initiated by the digital transformation of Industry 4.0.
This programme gives you the tools to develop a business or industry characterised by digitalisation. On graduation, you’ll be able to work within and between different organisational structures to lead, drive change, uncover problems, problematise solutions and find practical solutions.

Our city is a hub for transforming industries, such as auto manufacturing and the aerospace industry. Many companies are searching for employees with these new competencies.
