Project Management (Amsterdam)
Are you interested in gaining a UK accredited Masters qualification that is highly valued by employers and applicable to a range of industries? This course will give you project management skills that are widely transferable.
Project management offers excellent starting salaries for those entering the profession with prospects of enjoying salaries between £20,000 and £24,999 for those under the age of 24. With career progression and experience, this can rise up to and in excess of £75,000. The average (median) project management salary, as identified in a 2017 Salary and Market Trends Survey undertaken by the Association for Project Management (APM) is £47,500.
The course covers topics such as how to assess project feasibility, how to manage risks in projects, how to keep people working together, and how to develop a portfolio of projects. The curriculum is aligned with the academic requirements of the Association for Project Management (APM), which is the UK’s largest professional body for project managers.
There’s no need to have completed previous studies in project management and we welcome applicants from a variety of academic backgrounds.
Our teaching methods include lectures, small group seminars, workshops, master classes and field visits. As this is a Masters course there is a significant element of independent learning and self-motivated reflection.
You’ll undertake a final Masters level research project that will hone your skills in evaluating and applying research techniques and methodologies. The topic of the project will reflect your own unique interests.
Assessments are designed to give feedback as well as to monitor your level of achievement. The assessed projects will enable you to test your skills in ways that relate to current industrial practice. Specific assessment methods include assignments, written reports, exams, group presentations and debates.

Na studia magisterskie mogą kandydować wszyscy, którzy ukończyli studia licencjackie lub inżynierskie (studia I stopnia), studia magisterskie lub studiują na ostatnim roku studiów I-stopnia. Ważne jest, by uczelnia otrzymała wyniki testu z języka angielskiego do 31 lipca.
Spełnienie wymagań w zakresie języka angielskiego można udokumentować w następujący sposób:
IELTS - 6.5 lub wynik z matury z języka angielskiego na minimum 60% w części ustnej oraz 75% z części pisemnej na poziomie podstawowym lub 70% z części pisemnej na poziomie rozszerzonym
Na niektóre kierunki wymagany będzie IELTS 7.0 lub wynik z matury z języka angielskiego na minimum 65% w części ustnej oraz 80% z części pisemnej na poziomie podstawowym lub 75% z części pisemnej na poziomie rozszerzonym
The course meets a particular need for professional training in project management. Many of the modules involve field visits and guest lectures, allowing you to understand the processes being used to manage construction projects and to talk with experienced managers. This will give you extra insights that increase your competitive edge.
The course has the additional benefit of being aligned with the academic requirements of the Association for Project Management (APM). This will make it easier for you to become a full member of the UK’s largest professional body for project managers.
