Economics and Business Administration, BSc - Strategic Human Ressource Management
While the academic quality of the programme is crucial, it is not sufficient in itself. It is of equal importance that students acquire personal skills such as the ability to communicate, debate, socialise, show flexibility and self-discipline, work together and act holistically. The programme atmosphere is intensive and each student should contribute to her/his own learning.
Business subjects include managerial economics, marketing, management accounting, financial management, organisation, finance and investment. In addition to the business subjects the programme also include courses in: mathematics, statistics, methodology and business law.
The first two years, the study programme takes place at AU Herning and the 5th semester usually takes place at a foreign business school or university, giving you a better cultural understanding by studying abroad. Students also have the opportunity to choose between different electives and hereby choose a certain profile. The 6th semester also takes place at AU Herning. Strategic HRM
A crucial and often decisive factor in the development of companies is human resources as any process depends on the human resource that executes it. As soon as employees become important for a company, so will human resource management (HRM). The profile in Strategic HRM aims to teach you the processes that in fundamental within HRM: Strategic HRM, recruitment theory, job design, promotion, diagnostics and design of intervention processes, International labour market and High Commitment HRM theory, outsourcing, and methods for organising HRM. In addition to this you will also gain insight in the modern company’s challenges and opportunities arising because of globalisation. These challenges and opportunities includes economic, political and socio cultural issues which can all influence the modern company.

Świadectwo dojrzałości wraz ze świadectwem ukończenia liceum - jeśli posiadasz już te dokumenty, koniecznie załącz je do swojego formularza aplikacyjnego Kastu. Jeśli jesteś w ostatniej klasie szkoly średniej, doślesz je wtedy, kiedy je otrzymasz.
Spełnienie wymagań w zakresie języka angielskiego można udokumentować w jeden z następujących sposobów:

Uwaga: wymagania językowe mogą ulec zmianie. Przed wysłaniem aplikacji upewnij się jakie są wymagania językowe na konkretny kierunek bezpośrednio na stronie uczelni.
W przypadku zdawania certyfikatu IELTs upewnij się, czy uczelnia oprócz wymagań oceny końcowej nie ma również wymagań odnośnie ocen cząstkowych.
- Matematyka. Całkowity czas nauki matematyki w szkole średniej powinien wynosić co najmniej 250 godzin* (zegarowych).
- Historia. Całkowity czas nauki historii w szkole średniej powinien wynosić co najmniej 150 godzin* (zegarowych) lub 150 godzin*(zegarowych) ekonomia międzynarodowa.
*Uwaga: podaną liczbę wymaganych godzin nauki należy traktować orientacyjnie. Zazwyczaj spełnienie tych wymagań godzinowych powinno być wystarczające, jednak w niektórych przypadkach może być to za mało, aby spełnić wymagania odnośnie znajomości konkretnego przedmiotu.
Dlatego też wymagania godzinowe powinny być traktowane jako orientacyjne, a ostateczna decyzja odnośnie poziomu znajomości danego przedmiotu przez aplikanta podejmowana jest przez Aarhus University.
The Economics and Business Administration BSc(B) provides graduates with the competences needed to work in multinational and international companies. In addition, the degree qualifies graduates for further studies at master level in Denmark or abroad.

Because of the general and versatile character of the BSc(B) programme, employment can be found in many different types of jobs in both the private and the public sector. Approximately 85 % are employed in the private sector and 15 % in the public sector. A number of BSc(B) graduates go on to further studies at master level or choose the HD studies as further education.
Job profile
Graduates are typically employed in job areas such as accountancy, financial management, marketing/sales and administration with good prospects of executive positions. At the BSc(B) programme specific importance is placed on the business economics subject area, and further that the study relates to practice thus achieving immediate qualification after graduation.

With a BSc(B) degree from AU Herning you are qualified for further studies at master level both in Denmark and abroad. Many graduates choose to study the MSc in Marketing and Business Innovation at AU Herning, where focus is on marketing and management.
